Ingredients to make Indian Beef Curry Recipe
1 kg chuck steak or rump, cut into 2.5cm cubes
1 large onion, sliced finely
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
0.5 teaspoon tumeric
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
1/2 small cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup of water

Directions to make Indian Beef Curry Recipe
In a large pot, fry onions in olive oil until golden.
Add ginger and garlic and fry for a few minutes.
Add beef and cook for 10 minutes until browned on high heat.
Add salt, cumin, red chilli, tumeric, and tomato paste, and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Add water, reduce heat to low and cook until meat is almost done (about 25 minutes)
Add potatoes and cauliflower, stir well, and leave to simmer for another 20 minutes, until cooked through.
